1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
- Customized, clearance, or special-order items are non-refundable unless faulty.
2. Return Process
- Contact our support team at info@mycdctools.com with your order details and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Ship the item to the address we provide. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.
- Shipping fees and cash-on-delivery charges are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
